- CMS approves limited angioplasties for ASC's for 2008; Iliac, femoral-popliteal, and venous PTA codes are included in the final CMS rule, as well as atherectomy for the iliac arteries. (These codes, in addition to other PTA codes, are already approved for Physician Office settings.)
